Cancellation Policy
Online Booking Policies Booking and Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our online system at least 24 hours in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your appointment details. Payments: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. The remaining amount must be paid at the office on the day of service. Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for the booked service. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice, subject to availability. No Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, there will be no refunds of the deposit or option to reschedule. Punctuality: Out of respect for other patients, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. In case of late arrival, the lost time will be deducted from the service. Prerequisites: For certain services, specific studies or preparations are required. Please be sure to follow the instructions provided at the time of booking. Refunds: Refunds will not be made in case of late cancellation, no-show or failure to comply with the prerequisites.
